The Beginning of a Vision

What began as a bold step into hydraulic valve manufacturing quickly evolved into a mission to design durable solutions for the most demanding mobile applications. From day one, precision, reliability, and trust were not ambitions — they were core principles.
2001
Crossing Borders
The first export to Spain marked more than a shipment; it marked confidence. Confidence that Turkish engineering could compete globally. It was the first step toward becoming a trusted international partner in mobile hydraulics.
2003
Investment in AKON Foundry
With the establishment of AKON Foundry, the company made a strategic decision: If performance matters, control the material from the source. Vertical integration strengthened casting precision, metallurgical consistency, and long-term reliability — building the foundation for performance-driven valve design. ISO 9001 certification marked the formal recognition of a conviction that had always defined us: quality is conceived in design, embedded in process, and proven in performance.
2012
From Manufacturer to Technology Developer
Receiving Turkey’s first sector-specific R&D Investment Incentive Certificate for electro-hydraulic valves was a turning point. Flow dynamics, load sensing architectures, and electro-hydraulic integration became central to its identity. Innovation moved from the workshop floor to the core strategy.
2016
Intelligence in Motion
The global launch of the SPV120 Pre-Compensated Load Sensing Proportional Valve reflected years of hydraulic know-how. Optimized internal geometries, pressure stability under variable loads, and responsive proportional control demonstrated that precision could coexist with robustness. At the same time, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications reinforced a broader responsibility — to performance, to people, and to the planet.
2022
Scaling Strength
On a 26,000 m² land, AKON realized a new 10,000-ton annual capacity foundry investment — not merely to expand, but to reinforce its foundation for global reliability and sustainable growth. Equipped with advanced molding lines, and enhanced production systems, the facility reflects AKON’s commitment to precision casting and long-term engineering excellence. Strong systems start with strong foundations.
2024
Entering the Electro-Hydraulic Intelligence Era
The launch of the AKON Closed-Loop Electro-Hydraulic Actuator System (ACAS) symbolized evolution. Mechanical precision merged with electronic intelligence. Closed-loop control, software-supported calibration, and dynamic response optimization brought hydraulic performance into the digital age. AKON was no longer just managing flow — it was managing data-driven motion.
