Established in 2003, our foundry supplies high-quality castings for directional control valves. For the past 20 years, we have leveraged our in-house foundry to streamline the supply process, enhance delivery times, and increase production flexibility.

Our foundry specializes in core-intensive components using both hot and cold box processes. We produce castings in grey iron (EN GJL) and ductile iron (EN GJS).

Process & Laboratory Controls

Batch Verification

Every melt and molding cycle is verified to ensure repeatable chemical composition, mechanical properties, and structural integrity. Our traceability system links raw materials, process parameters, and inspection results to each production batch.

Sand Compactibility Control

Sand compactibility is analyzed in every molding batch to maintain optimal mold strength, permeability, and dimensional stability — reducing defects and ensuring surface quality.

Chemical Composition Control

Molten metal is analyzed using a high-resolution optical emission spectrometer to guarantee precise alloy composition and full compliance with customer specifications.

Metallurgical Laboratory Capabilities

Our in-house laboratory includes:

  • Metallurgical microscope with digital imaging

  • Metallographic analysis covering:

    • Graphite particle size

    • Phase distribution (%)

    • Spheroidization rate (%)

    • Inclusion and impurity detection

These analyses validate microstructural conformity for grey and ductile iron grades, ensuring strength, durability, and fatigue resistance required for hydraulic valve bodies and critical components.
